To support optimal birth and postpartum healing I guide a Menarche Imprint Healing Ceremony and the Rite of the Womb Ceremony.
I support women in healing period challenges naturally and balancing the menstrual cycle in preparation to conceive. 
I support families in preparing themselves for the most healing and restorative postpartum year through education around a mama's real needs in the first 12 months after giving birth. I do this through my online program Sacred Nest Postpartum Planning.
