I am a Mother, a Wife, a Sister, a Daughter and a Friend. I hold space for those transitioning, in all shapes and forms, but am called to pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I have been a doula for nearly 6 years now, birth and postpartum, as well as a lactation counsellor. I've been honored to hold women's circles for nearly that long as well and becoming a Mother Roaster is a beautiful way to blend both passions. I would like to welcome you, deeply, to motherhood. To celebrate and honor all that accompanies this shift. I would also like to provide a safe space, if need be, to heal from birth. I invite you to feel it all; the beauty, the raw truths, the hardships and the moments of bliss. Welcome to this sacred journey!
